NOW Real Food® Brewer’s Yeast delivers the natural nutrient profile found in genuine whole foods. It is derived from Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a one-celled fungus used in the production of beer. After fermentation the yeast is separated from the beer, roller dried and debittered leaving behind a powder rich in a range of vitamins and minerals and dietary fibre.
