Vitamin C is perhaps the most well-known of all the vitamins. It is important for a multitude of functions, such as tissue growth and repair and healthy bones, cartilage, teeth, and gums. It’s also a powerful antioxidant that can help strengthen the immune system.

When it comes to vitamin C, absorption is key. Health First Berry C Supreme features calcium ascorbate, a buffered form of vitamin C that’s easy on your digestive system and highly bioavailable to ensure you get the most out of your vitamin C supplement. Berry-C Supreme contains 5 mg of Bioperine®black pepper extract, which further increases absorption. This unique formula is also enhanced with red bioflavonoids to deliver an unparalleled level of antioxidant protection. We think this is the “berry” best vitamin C formula out there!
