We're so darn happy to share with you our single origin lightly-roasted Ecuadorian heirloom organic cacao! We use non-hybrid Arriba Nacional (or cacao Arriba, or cacao Nacional...) with a lightly-roasted experience culminating in a deep powerful rich nutty dark chocolate flavour.
